As an experienced Vocational Expert, Forensic Economist and Certified Life Care Planner, Rachel Duchon consults with plaintiff and defense lawyers on a variety of legal matters regarding earning capacity, lifetime medical care and associated costs. Additionally, she assists individuals with various levels of medical and psychological complications to help them live productive and independent lives. Rachel’s experience involves reviewing medical, behavioral and social aspects of disability when assisting individuals with achieving and maintaining sustainable employment.
Since 2007, Rachel has been retained as a vocational and economic expert for various employers, plaintiff and defense attorneys, the Veterans Administration, multiple insurance companies and the Social Security Administration.
Rachel is experienced in Federal, State and Administrative courts. She has conducted consultations for both plaintiff and defense cases in Buffalo and throughout New York State.
